HOW DO I RENT A BIKE?

It's easy! All you need is a smart phone + credit card. Download the MOVATIC app to your smart phone, create an account, enter your credit card number + follow the prompts. Location Services + Bluetooth must be turned on.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

$8 per hour

HOW DO I GET THE BIKE TO LOCK/UNLOCK?

Please make sure to select the correct bike #. Bluetooth needs to be enabled on your smart phone + within 10 feet of the rack.

WHERE DO I PARK THE BIKE?

For a pit-stop, any bike rack will do. When your ride is complete, find a docking station to lock the bike + end your ride.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE BIKE?

Flat tire? Gear stuck? No problem! If there is something wrong with the bike please return it to the nearest docking station + select "report a problem" in the app.

CAN I RENT MULTIPLE BIKES UNDER ONE ACCOUNT?

Yes! Up to four bikes can be rented under one account.

ARE HELMETS AVAILABLE?

We do not provide helmets, but promote them! Helmets can be purchased at one of our stellar local bike shops, Two-Wheeler Dealer or Rushmore Bikes!
